Sessions

I am preparing Tokyo-based sensory sessions that bring together aromatherapy, reflexology, facial reflexology, and the perspective of the twelve meridians.

Inspired by the scents of places, stones, plants, handcrafts, and memories gathered through travel, these sessions are designed as small rituals to reconnect with the body and the senses.

Sessions will initially be offered by appointment in Tokyo.

旅で出会う土地の香り、石、植物、手仕事の記憶。

Japanese Botanicals

まずは、ゆずと杉から

Sunlit green moss-covered trees in a dense forest.

The sessions will gradually incorporate Japanese essential oils, beginning with yuzu and sugi — Japanese cedar.

Yuzu brings a bright, fresh citrus note.
Sugi offers the quiet depth of the Japanese forest.

セッションでは、日本各地の植物から生まれる国内精油も少しずつ取り入れていきます。

まずは、ゆずと杉から。
ゆずは明るく軽やかな香り。
杉は日本の森を思わせる、静かで深い香りです。
